Lodo's Bar and Grill this position is called the FREBB 

• FRE = food runner and expediter
• Ability to correctly tray food from kitchen and full fill all items that have been ordered from a table to be brought in a timely fashion
• Maintain all waitstation and bussing areas.
• transportation of all dirty items back to the kitchen
• BB = barback and busser
• Maintain all bar needs - from changing kegs, replenishing bottle beers, keeping glassware clean and stocked, maintaining bar top and all bartendder needs.
• Bussing - assisting servers in pre bussing and bussing of tables
• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables

• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Handles all expo ing from all food orders 
• Runs all food orders to tables
• Maintains all sauces in kitchen
• Barbacks all bar - keeping ice, glass and other bar needs stocked at all times
