Job Description
Lodo's Bar and Grill this position is called the FREBB
-
FRE = food runner and expediter
-
Ability to correctly tray food from kitchen and full fill all items that have been ordered from a table to be brought in a timely fashion
-
Maintain all waitstation and bussing areas.

transportation of all dirty items back to the kitchen
-
BB = barback and busser
-
Maintain all bar needs - from changing kegs, replenishing bottle beers, keeping glassware clean and stocked, maintaining bar top and all bartendder needs.

Bussing - assisting servers in pre bussing and bussing of tables
-
Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
-
Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing

Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Handles all expo ing from all food orders

Runs all food orders to tables

Maintains all sauces in kitchen

Barbacks all bar - keeping ice, glass and other bar needs stocked at all times
Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years old
-
Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required

Customer service focused and solution oriented

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
